Kiprop is the Firm's senior-most partner. He has vast experience working in and with Civil Society and the Public Sector. He has extensive experience offering a wide range of legal solution to government departments and Non-governmental Organizations.
He was admitted to the bar in 2010 and has over the last 10 years been advisor to the Presidency. He has vast knowledge of the public sector landscape, public policy and inter-governmental relations. He has reviewed and drafted policy and proposed legislation touching on different sectors of Kenya's Economy.
Bemih is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He has experience working in civil society, private practice and public sector. He has extensive experience in Land transactions, land dispute and construction disputes resolution, commercial and tax litigation, civil and criminal litigation and has been involved in public interest litigation. He has also appeared before tribunals most notably The Sports Tribunal, The Tax Appeals Tribunal, the Business Premises Tribunal etc.
He also has experience in commercial transactions. He is has previously consulted for and worked with Trade Mark East Africa (TMEA), State Department for East African Affairs, Amnesty International, Transparency International-Kenya, Legal Resources Foundation, East Africa Centre for Human Rights, Nairobi City County, Muthaura Mugambi Ayugi & Njonjo (MMAN) Advocates, Kinuthia Kahindi & Co. Advocates, Kituo cha Sheria and The Open Society Foundations, Budapest, Hungary – an international non-governmental organisation. Bemih has over 13 years work experience.
Nicole is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She handles various matters spanning the scope of Criminal Litigation, Civil Litigation and Employment and Labour matters. She has a deep understanding of these areas and excels at navigating complex legal processes.
She possesses the skills and acumen necessary to deliver effective solutions and combined with her strong analytical and problem solving abilities; she is not only a valuable asset to the firm but also the legal field.
Loitoong is An Associate Advocate attached to our firm with stellar academic background in law and a passion for excellence in legal practice. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi. He has undergone the Advocates Training Program at the Kenya School of Law and has a passion for Corporate Governance, Data Protection, Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Commercial Law, and offering counsel on general legal matters. He awaits admission.
Maureen is the firm's Legal Secretary. She has great office management, administration and client care skills. She has previously worked with George N. Kimani & Company Advocates and Tim Okwaro Associates Advocates.
Jeirus is the firm's Clerk. He is a graduate of the National Youth Service and has 5 years experience handling Process Service, filing and transactions at courts and land registries. He is a Certified Process Server and Certified Mediator. He has previously worked with the firms of Zipporah Musau & Co. Advocates and Adede & Co. Advocates.
Mwikali is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She has expertise in working with financial institutions such as banks, saccos, microfinance institutions and insurance companies. She has represented local banks both in litigation and commercial transactions. She has expertise in advising startups in fintech through drafting agreements and offering legal opinions.
Prior to joining our team Mwikali was an associate at Musyimi & Company Advocates and Oraro & Company Advocates. She has also previously volunteered with HAART Kenya, Jipange Youth Group and National Transport and Safety Authority.
Ferd is a trained mediator with vast experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has vast experience as a researcher and project manager. He has experience working in civil society as well as in academia.
Carol is a consultant and former partner of the Firm. Carol works as a Deputy Commissioner – Litigation Services with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). She has vast experience in Civil and Criminal Litigation. She has been involved in successful public interest litigation and class action cases.
She is also strong on legal drafting, conveyancing, and has over the past 8 years increased her capacity in the field of tax related litigation and arbitration. She previously worked for the Firm of Kioko Munyithya Ngugi & Co. Advocates and Kituo cha Sheria- Kenya's oldest legal aid organisation. In 2013, Carol was named as Law Society of Kenya's Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year having immensely contributed her professional services to poor and marginalized Kenyans.
Simon is trained lawyer, Forced Migration Expert, Trade Policy Specialist. He has over 17 years hands on experience working with civil society, national, regional and international NGO's. He currently works with Trade Mark East Africa (TMEA). He has vast knowledge on managing coalitions, networks and influencing policy reforms within the region and Kenya.

Bonface is the firm's Accountant. He is a Bachelor of Commerce Degree holder from Kenyatta University and a CPA from KCA University. He has experience in Accounts, Financial Management, Internal controls, Audit, Tax Management, and Tax Advisory.
